Return & Exchange Policy

 

All Cuban Rice Swim products are non-refundable.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your recent purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly allow you to exchange the items or receive a store credit for the value of your purchase. The following applies:

 

• Items must be received in original condition-unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached

 

• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

• Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions via E-Mail

 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

• Once your exchange or store credit has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email

If you require a replacement size of an item/s, you will need to contact us (via e-mail). We cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 4-5 business days of receiving the original item/s. 

 

we are not responsible for lost orders, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/ refused packages.
